Orchard Home Tuition is committed to providing excellent customer service before, during and following your course.

Should you have a problem or complaint during your course, Orchard Home Tuition will deal with your problem or complaint tactfully and efficiently as possible. It is always our aim to find a solution for you during your course in the UK.

You can contact us either by email (info@orchardhometuition.com) or telephone (+44 1865 711612) if you have any problems regarding your lessons, accommodation, excursions or any other aspect of your stay.

Orchard Home Tuition cannot accept any retrospective claim or complaint after the course has finished.

All complaints will be dealt with during the course and if necessary, we will move the student to a new teacher and family with a minimum of disruption. Notification of any problem is the sole responsibility of the student.
